Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Phone Manager (“the App”) processes, why it is processed, and which third-party services are used. The App does not operate its own backend server. Analytics, crash reports, ads, remote configuration, and push delivery are provided by Google (Firebase / AdMob / Play) and related SDKs.
1. Who we are
Phone Manager is published by Tiny Rock Studio. Contact: ruthcameron171@gmail.com.
2. What the App does
The App provides on-device tools, including:
- Battery status and device information display
- App locker (pattern lock and overlay lock screen)
- File review and deletion that you choose (photos, videos, audio, large files, unused APKs, accessible app cache)
- Listing recently used apps (with Usage Access) and stopping background apps you select
- Installed-app list and uninstall
- Game shortcut that can stop other background apps before launch
- Flashlight and home-screen widgets
The App does not scan for viruses, does not cool CPU hardware, and does not guarantee faster performance or longer battery life.
3. Information we process
3.1 Information stored only on your device
- App locker pattern and the list of locked apps
- Settings (notifications, reminders, last-used timestamps)
- Local scan results for files and apps you choose to review
- Battery, memory, storage, and temperature values read from the Android system
Usage Access, overlay permission, media/storage access, and app lists are used to provide the features above on the device. We do not upload your photos, videos, files, locker pattern, or the list of locked apps to our own server.
3.2 Information sent to third-party services
The following is sent through Google Firebase / Google Ads / Google Play SDKs:
- App analytics events (Firebase Analytics): button clicks, feature usage (clean, boost, battery, locker, widgets, notifications), ad request/fill/display/click with ad placement and ad unit id, and similar in-app events.
-
Feedback: if you submit Feedback in Settings, the text and the email
address you enter are sent as a Firebase Analytics event named
feedback. - Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, enabled in non-debug builds): stack traces, device model, OS version, and app version when the App crashes.
- Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config): the App fetches configuration such as in-app update flags and notification trigger limits. Firebase also receives a device/app instance identifier required to deliver config.
- Cloud messaging (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a device token may be created so Google can deliver messages. The App registers an FCM service.
- Advertising (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads): advertising ID (when available), IP address, device and app identifiers, and interaction with ads (impressions and clicks). Ads may appear on splash and result screens.
- Google Play: in-app review and in-app update talk to Google Play services on the device / Play backend.
-
Network check: the game screen may ping
www.google.comorwww.baidu.comto estimate latency. This is ICMP ping, not an account API.
These SDKs typically also receive technical data such as IP address, device model, Android version, language, time zone, app version, and a Firebase installation ID.
The Facebook Android SDK and Play Install Referrer library are included in the App package. The current source code does not call Facebook event APIs or the Install Referrer client. Facebook SDK may still initialize if the library’s default provider runs. We do not operate a first-party reporting HTTP API.
4. Permissions (current App)
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — ads, analytics, crash reporting, remote config, FCM, in-app update
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / VIDEO / AUDIO and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (older Android) — list media/files you may delete
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 8 and below) — delete files on older versions
- PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS — recently used apps for locker and background-app lists
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW — show the app-lock screen over other apps
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS — reminders and the optional persistent toolbar
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE — keep locker / scan services running with a notification
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — restart locker-related service after reboot
- KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES — stop background apps you select
- GET_PACKAGE_SIZE / REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES — show app size and request uninstall
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Some features will then be unavailable (for example locker without overlay, media cleaner without storage access).

7. Retention
- On-device settings remain until you clear App data or uninstall.
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and AdMob retention follows Google’s product defaults unless we configure a shorter period in the console.
- Feedback events are stored in Google Analytics like other events.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the processors listed above solely to run analytics, ads, crash reporting, configuration, messaging, and Play services. We may disclose information if required by law.

- Email us to request deletion of feedback you submitted, to the extent we can identify it in Analytics
11. International transfers
Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Their terms and privacy policy describe those transfers.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the App’s features, permissions, or SDKs change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
